Getting started
Sending your first message takes seconds — no setup required.
Type your messageClick the message box at the bottom and type a question, request, or task.
Press SendHit Enter or the send button. The AI replies in real time as it writes.
Keep the conversation goingReply naturally — the AI remembers the context of your current chat.
Start a new chat anytimeUse New Chat in the sidebar to begin a fresh topic. Your past chats are saved automatically.
Tip: Be specific. Instead of “write an email,” try “write a friendly follow-up email to a client who hasn’t replied in a week.”
Choosing a model
Different AI models are good at different things. Click the model name near the message box to open the picker and switch anytime — even mid-conversation.
Everyday questions & writing — fast, low-cost models handle most tasks well and use the fewest credits.
Complex reasoning, coding, analysis — premium models think more deeply (they cost more credits).
Vision — models with a 👁 icon can look at images you upload.
Web search — models with a 🌐 icon can pull in live information.
Privacy — models with a 🛡 shield support Zero Data Retention.
Use the search box at the top of the model picker to find a model by name.

Shortcuts: Type / in the message box to quickly insert a saved prompt. Manage your shortcuts in Account → Shortcuts.
Generating images
Switch to Draw mode with the image/draw button beside the message box, then describe what you want to create.
Open Draw modeClick the Draw button to switch from chatting to image generation.
Describe your imagee.g. “a cosy reading nook by a rainy window, warm lighting, watercolour style.”
Adjust options (optional)Under More you can set size, number of images, a negative prompt, seed and more.
Generate & downloadClick generate, then save or edit any image you like.
Generating videos
Switch to Video mode with the video button beside the message box (or type /video), then describe the video you want.
Open Video modeClick the Video button, or type /video in the message box.
Describe your videoe.g. “a golden retriever running through a field of sunflowers, slow motion.”
Adjust options (optional)Under More you can set duration, resolution, aspect ratio, background audio, and attach a reference image to animate from.
Generate & waitVideos take longer than images — usually 30 seconds to a few minutes. A progress bubble shows while it renders, and you can keep chatting elsewhere in the meantime.
Cost: Video is the most expensive feature to generate, so it's subject to a daily video limit and a max length per video that vary by plan (Creator and above) — see the Fair Usage Policy for exact numbers.
Generating audio
Switch to Audio mode with the audio button beside the message box (or type /audio), then type the text you want turned into speech.
Open Audio modeClick the Audio button, or type /audio in the message box.
Type your textAnything from a short line to a full script — it's converted to natural-sounding speech.
Pick a voice (optional)Choose from the available voices and output format under the audio options.
Generate & playPlay the clip right in the chat, or download it.

Modules
Modules are guided, fill-in-the-blank AI templates — built by an admin — that turn a task like "write a Facebook post" into a short list of questions instead of a blank prompt box. Answer them and the AI does the rest.
Open the Modules galleryFrom the account menu, the 🧩 button beside the message box, or by typing /module.
Pick a moduleBrowse by category or search — e.g. "Facebook post generator," "Marketing email," "Product promo image."
Answer the questionsSome modules show every question at once in a form; others ask one at a time like a normal chat.
Get your resultYour answers are assembled into a finished prompt and sent automatically. Text modules continue as a regular chat you can keep refining; image modules generate an image right away.
Each module can restrict which AI model it runs on — if it needs one your plan doesn't include, you'll see that clearly before submitting rather than after.
Image modules use the same Draw pipeline and credit cost as generating an image manually.
A module that's still mid-way through its questions can be cancelled at any point without sending anything.
Tip: Modules are great when you're not sure how to phrase a request — the questions do the prompt-writing for you.
Shortcuts
Shortcuts are your own saved prompts — instead of retyping the same request every time (a writing style, a report format, a recurring image size), save it once and insert it in a couple of keystrokes.
Create a shortcutGo to Account → Shortcuts → New Shortcut, give it a trigger word and the prompt text you want it to insert.
Insert it in chatType / in the message box to open the picker, then choose your shortcut from the list.
Edit before sendingThe shortcut's text drops straight into the composer, so you can tweak details before hitting send.
Manage anytimeRename, edit or delete any shortcut from Account → Shortcuts.
Shortcuts aren't just for text — they can also carry a saved image/video/audio configuration, so / can jump straight into Draw, Video or Audio mode with your usual settings pre-filled.
Admins can publish preset shortcuts for everyone — those appear in the same / picker alongside your own, marked as presets.
Tip: Give your most-used shortcuts short, memorable trigger words — the / picker filters as you type, so a two-letter trigger is often all you need.
Credits & plans
The service runs on credits. Each message uses a small number of credits depending on the model — cheaper models go much further.
Monthly plans include a credit allowance that refreshes each month.
Credit packs are one-time top-ups that never expire.
Your current balance is shown in the app; top up anytime from Account → Buy Credits.
Daily fair-use limits keep the service fast for everyone — see the Fair Usage Policy.
Privacy & Zero Data Retention
Your prompts are sent to the AI provider you pick, used to generate a reply, and returned to you. Saved chats stay in your account until you delete them.
🛡 Zero Data Retention (ZDR): Models marked with a shield are configured so the provider does not store or train on your messages. Turn on ZDR mode in Account → Preferences → Privacy to restrict yourself to these models only.
Delete any chat — or your whole history — at any time.
Export your data in several formats before deleting.
API keys you add are encrypted and never displayed in full.

Do I need my own API keys?
No. Just pick a plan and start chatting — credits cover access to every model. Advanced users can add their own provider keys in Settings if they prefer.
Which model should I use?
Start with a fast everyday model for general questions. Switch to a premium model when you need deeper reasoning, coding help, or detailed analysis.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Monthly plan allowances refresh at the start of each billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell your data, and you can delete chats anytime. For the strongest privacy, use a Zero Data Retention (🛡) model so the provider doesn’t store or train on your messages.
Can I use it on my phone?
Absolutely — the app works in any mobile browser and adapts to small screens. You can also add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
