How limits keep things fair

Our plans are designed for normal, human use. To keep the platform fast and sustainable for all members, every plan includes daily fair-use limits alongside its monthly credit allowance. These limits are generous — typical users never reach them — and they reset automatically every day at midnight (server time).

• Image, video and audio generation are not available in guest mode — the buttons are visible so you can see what's possible, but generating one requires a free account.
• Guest messages are not saved to a persistent chat history — create a free account to keep your conversations.
• Once your trial messages are used up, sign up free to keep chatting and unlock image/video/audio generation, higher limits and a monthly credit allowance.

• Standard chat models are governed by your daily message limit — chat freely up to that limit each day.
• Premium models (e.g. the most advanced chat, image and reasoning models) draw from your monthly credit allowance. More capable models use more credits per request.
• Images are subject to your daily image limit and also consume credits.
• Videos are the most expensive feature to generate — they're subject to your daily video limit and a max length per video (in seconds), and consume credits based on the model, resolution and duration you choose. Video generation starts at the Creator plan; Enterprise customers get a custom allowance set by their account manager.
• Audio (text-to-speech) is subject to your daily audio limit and a max text length per request (in characters), and consumes credits based on the model and text length. Audio generation starts at the Creator plan, the same tier as video; Enterprise customers get a custom allowance set by their account manager.
• Whichever applies first — the daily limit or your remaining credits — is what governs a given request.
• Need more? You can top up credits any time, or move to a higher plan for larger daily limits.

Credits are priced directly from the real cost of running each AI model, plus a flat 15% platform margin — there are no hidden fees. Formula: credits = ceil(raw model cost × 1.15 ÷ $0.0001).

Costs vary by model — pricier/more capable models cost more credits per message, image, second of video, or 1,000 characters of audio. Your daily image/video/audio limit paces how many you can generate per day; your monthly credit balance is what actually runs out if you use expensive models heavily.

The service is for interactive, personal or business use by a human. The following are not permitted and may lead to throttling, suspension of the relevant feature, or account action:

• Automated, scripted or bulk requests, scraping, or reselling access.
• Sharing one account across multiple people or applications to bypass limits.
• Sustained usage that is clearly machine-generated rather than human interaction.
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits, daily caps or credit metering.

We may adjust limits to protect service quality. Genuine high-volume needs are welcome — contact us about the Enterprise plan for custom limits.

Images, video, audio, and documents (PDF/DOCX/PPTX/XLSX) you generate are stored on our server only for as long as the chat they belong to still exists. Deleting a chat, or your whole account, permanently removes its generated files along with it. A periodic maintenance job also clears out generated files that are no longer referenced by any chat (for example, leftovers from an interrupted or abandoned delete) — once removed this way, a file cannot be recovered.

Download anything you want to keep. Do not rely on AI Chat Console as long-term or backup storage for generated content — save a local copy of any file you care about.

Images and documents you attach to a chat message are stored so the conversation stays intact when you reload — but they are temporary, not permanent storage:

• Automatically deleted 7 days after upload. A scheduled cron job permanently removes the original file from our server on this schedule — this is not optional and cannot be extended per-chat.
• Not downloadable through the chat interface. Once uploaded, the original file can only be read by the AI model you're chatting with — there is no button or link in the app that returns the original file to you. Keep your own copy of anything you attach.
• A short text summary extracted from a document (so the AI can still recall what was in it) may be kept longer than the 7-day file window, so the conversation keeps making sense after the original is gone.
• Deleting the chat or your account removes attached files immediately, without waiting for the 7-day window.

This is stricter than our generated-file policy above (which persists with the chat) because uploaded files often contain your own sensitive content — the short retention window and the no-download rule are both deliberate.
